Life Giving Saturday is a day when the West Shore Evangelical Free Church family leaves the building to serve others in the community. “This opportunity to serve others in the surrounding communities began in 2007 as a way for our church to flow like a river into our community, deep and wide, bringing the life and love of God to those around us.”
WSEFC’s Pastor of Missions, Ian Campbell, wanted this video to be something that would encourage the congregation to keep the spirit of service in their hearts throughout the year. While the church is dedicated to helping the community on Life Giving Saturday, he did not want that to be the only day that the congregation goes out to serve. The video includes footage from 4 of over 30 project sites and was created to be shown in Sunday services.
