Based on lyrics from “Fair-Weather Friend” by Tim Be Told. Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day, so I interpreted the lyrics through that lens. The lyrics that follow, though (“But now it’s good as dead, it’s emptiness”), make it clear that this is actually NOT a romantic love song.
