I feel so much better now. Most of the time I avoid doing this at work, but today, oh my, I just couldn’t wait. It may have been the burrito I ate last night, or quite possible the loaf of bread. Either way I think I lost 20 lbs. Maybe someone snuck some fiber into my morning coffee. I don’t know.
You know I’ve never really considered the benefits of fiber before. Hey a good poo every now and again is great, but I don’t know if I can handle it every day. I’m sure there are other benefits than just large poo. I think it helps prevent heart disease too. Maybe. I don’t know for sure. I just know this morning I was in pain and felt like I was pregnant and now I feel as free as a bird and as light as a feather.
